Description

We seek an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various administrative duties, provide excellent support to our team, and ensure the smooth running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office files, records, and documents.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official letters.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks or projects.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
