Position: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments.
Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and other important documentation.
Assist with the preparation of reports, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
Order and manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions.
Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
