Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. If you have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Organize and maintain company records and documentation.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other office materials.
Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
Support office staff with administrative and clerical duties.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
