Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars

Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations

Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems

Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management

Order office supplies and manage inventory

Support staff with general administrative tasks as needed

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in office administration are a plus)

Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and time management skills
