Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers in classroom management and instruction.
Support students with their educational needs, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Help prepare lesson materials, activities, and classroom displays.
Supervise students during class, lunch, and recess times.
Provide individual attention and tutoring to students as needed.
Assist with grading assignments and maintaining student records.
Help with classroom organization and cleanliness.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in teaching or child development is a plus.
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping children learn.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of classroom management and educational techniques.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and assist lead teachers effectively.
