Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Make outbound calls to customers for promotions, follow-ups, or surveys.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
Meet daily and monthly call targets.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM systems.
