Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Call Center Specialist to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, assist with financial inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding financial products and services

Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution

Provide accurate information about banking, loans, credit cards, and other financial services

Process customer requests efficiently while maintaining confidentiality

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Maintain customer records and update account details in the system

Meet performance targets related to customer service and call handling

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (financial sector preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of banking and financial services is an advantage
Ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
