Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating the processing, handling, and transportation of cargo shipments.
Learn to prepare shipment documentation, such as airway bills, cargo manifests, and customs declarations.
Track and monitor cargo shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Work closely with airlines, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Provide support with loading and unloading cargo, following safety protocols and weight limits.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment statuses and resolve any basic issues.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of cargo transactions and data entry into the system.
Support the warehouse team in managing and organizing cargo efficiently.
Learn about customs regulations and ensure compliance during shipment processing.
Requirements:
