The communication at work is 100% in English and therefore, they must be fluent.

The requirements are:

Control Room Operator
• Must be a Bachelor Degree (AED 35K - 40K) or Higher Diploma (AED 25K - 30K)in Electrical or Mechanical and also Instrumentation equivalent.
• At least have 03 years of experience in similar position.
• Candidate with Power plant experience would be an advantage.
• Male candidate must be done with the national service.
• Ready to be located near site during the shift days
• Must be flexible with day or night shift
• The normal working hours is 02 day & 02 night shift of 12 Hrs. each and followed by 04 days week offs

The salary package for the Control Room Operator is approximately AED 35K - 40K. First 03 months will be considered as probationary period and may be extended in case of failure to deliver assigned targets and as per the labor law.
