Description

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
Maintain up-to-date records of guest interactions and transactions.
Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers.

Requirements:
High school diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
