Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and solutions

Requirements:
High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM tools
