Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.

Assist customers with product information, order placement, billing inquiries, and issue resolution.

Provide personalized support to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and gather feedback on their experience.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team initiatives.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns.

Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
