Description

We are looking for a courteous and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner

Process orders, forms, and applications

Maintain and update customer records

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns

Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
