Description

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and tracking, as well as returns and exchanges.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure all issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to address and resolve customer needs.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or management for resolution.
Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information.
Contribute to the team’s goals by meeting or exceeding individual performance metrics.

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
