Description
We are currently looking for a meticulous and organized Document Controller to manage our documentation processes. If you have strong organizational skills and experience in document management, we would love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:
Manage and control the flow of documents within the organization.
Ensure all documents are properly filed, categorized, and stored.
Maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
Review and update documents, including revisions, approvals, and distribution.
Track and manage document versions, ensuring only the latest versions are in use.
Ensure compliance with company document management procedures and standards.
Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
Support other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in document control, records management, or related fields are a plus.
Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
Proficiency in document management software and MS Office (Word, Excel).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for document management.
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
