We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Embroidery Designer with Sample Machine Operator skills to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating intricate embroidery designs and operating sample embroidery machines to produce high-quality prototypes. Key Responsibilities

Design Creation
Develop and create original embroidery designs using design software.
Modify and enhance existing designs based on client specifications or market trends.
Ensure designs are suitable for various types of fabrics and embroidery techniques.
Sample Machine Operation
Operate embroidery machines to create sample designs and prototypes.
Set up machines, including loading threads, adjusting tension, and selecting appropriate needles.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to ensure smooth operation.
Quality Control
Inspect finished samples for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet design specifications and company standards.
Make adjustments to designs or machine settings as needed to improve quality.
Maintain high attention to detail to ensure all samples are defect-free.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements and timelines.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible for mass production.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.
Maintenance and Organization
Maintain and clean embroidery machines regularly to ensure optimal performance.
Keep a well-organized workspace, including proper storage of threads, needles, and other materials.
Document design specifications and machine settings for future reference.
Qualifications

Education and Experience
Diploma or degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Embroidery Designer and Sample Machine Operator.
Proficiency in embroidery design software (e.g., Wilcom, Brother PE-Design).
Skills and Abilities
Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and color.
Technical knowledge of embroidery machines and their operation.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues independently.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while operating machines.
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination for detailed work.
