Description

Duties and Responsibilities of an F&B Supervisor:
1. Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel, ensuring efficient operations.
2. Training and Development: Conduct training for new staff on service standards, menu items, and health and safety regulations.
3. Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained; address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
4. Menu Management: Assist in menu planning and design, ensuring that offerings meet customer preferences and seasonal availability.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of food and beverage supplies; order stock as needed while minimizing waste.
6. Quality Control: Ensure that food and beverage quality meets established standards, conducting regular inspections of service and presentation.
7. Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring all staff follow proper sanitation and food handling procedures.
8. Financial Responsibilities: Assist in managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring profitability of F&B operations.
9. Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and catering services, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
10. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and staff performance; prepare reports for management as needed.
11. Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations and enhance guest experiences.
12. Promotional Activities: Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns to increase sales and attract customers.
13. Shift Management: Oversee daily operations during shifts, ensuring that service standards are met, and staff are engaged and productive.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and services
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software

Offer:
• Salary – 3500 UAE Dirham
