Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our company. If you have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a passion for helping others, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services or products.
Manage visitor sign-in procedures and ensure security protocols are followed.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling appointments, and handling mail.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments as needed.
Support office management by performing additional clerical duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
Previous experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, professional, and helpful attitude with a focus on customer service.
Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
