Check-In/Check-Out: Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing.
Guest Assistance: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a friendly and professional manner.
Information Provider: Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options, enhancing the guest’s experience.
Troubleshooting: Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly, liaising with other departments as necessary.
Reservation Management: Assist with booking reservations, modifying existing reservations, and maintaining the hotel occupancy database.
Guest Engagement: Build rapport with guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met throughout their stay.
Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as handling correspondence, maintaining records, and processing payments.
Promote Services: Promote and upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
