Description

Key Responsibilities:

•     Provide technical support to end users for desktop and laptop workstations.

•     Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications and services.

•     Manage and troubleshoot messaging gateways to ensure seamless communication.

•     Support and configure voice and data switches, routers, and network infrastructure.

•     Assist with the administration and support of the Avaya telephony system.

•     Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

•     Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and workflows.

•     Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications and Skills:

•     Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.

•     In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its various applications.

•     Experience with messaging gateway configurations and management.

•     Experience with voice and data switches, routers, and networking concepts.

•     Experience with Avaya telephony systems is a plus.

•     Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•     Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified) are preferred.
