Description

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Marketing & Communication professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Marketing Executive you are responsible to assist the Marketing & Communication Team in the effective implementation of marketing and promotional strategies for the positioning of the property as highly desirable to its identified target markets and within the parameters set by Rotana.

•Maintain and implement an effective filing & administrative system for all matters related to the department, including but not limited to identifying and maintaining a comprehensive database of customers, sponsors, media and any other potential client base for effective and targeted communication

•Formulate all correspondence related to the client base, media, sponsorship proposals, letters of thanks and appreciation and any other required business correspondence in order to ensure effective communication

•Assist in handling all dissemination of information to the media and to maintain an effective working relationship with all members of target media, electronic and print, local, national and international to encourage and maximize coverage of all events and promotions

•Assist in hosting members of the media, strategic partners and clients at functions and events whenever required to strengthen the reputation of the property and the Rotana brand

•Assist in managing the advertising function in such a way that all advertisements are effective and reflect a positive image of the property and the Rotana brand

•Assist in establishing effective relations with agencies to devise and maximize publicity materials (printed collaterals, radio campaigns, advertising, etc.), as well as assist in handling the production of all promotional materials, including gathering of supporting data and collateral and briefing the advertising agencies and/or printers in order to come up with effective marketing campaigns

•Assist in managing the online content and imagery of Rotana and the property on rotana.com, rotanatimes.com and in the publication of the Employee newsletters and Intranet to ensure that correct and proper information and appropriate images are in place

 

Skills

 

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should be an advertising, marketing or communication graduate with preferable experiences in a similar field. You must be a computer literate with effective communication skills, verbal and written in English and preferable in Arabic as well.

Knowledge & Competencies

The ideal candidate will be a outgoing, vibrant and innovative individual. You will be able to work independently and promote at all times the brand image and market status, as well as maintain accurate documentations and accounts records on all clients assigned, while possessing following additional competencies:
