We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in Plumbing, Firefighting, and HVAC systems, including Chilled Water Systems, DX and VRF Systems, Ducts, and Accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage mechanical works on-site.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report on the progress of mechanical work.

Requirements:

- 7 to 10 years of experience in Plumbing, Firefighting, and HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of Chilled Water Systems, DX and VRF Systems, Ducts, and Accessories.
- Proven track record of successfully managing mechanical works on large projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
