Are you organized and detail-oriented? Join our team in Dubai as an Office Assistant and support our daily operations!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing and maintaining office operations and procedures.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Manage filing systems and keep records up-to-date.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
