Description

The Office Assistant provides administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Key responsibilities include answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems. The assistant also handles office supplies, assists with data entry, and prepares documents and reports as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
