Description
We are looking for a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure a smooth workflow in our office in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle routine clerical tasks and provide assistance to various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning of documents.
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
Deliver and collect documents within the office or to external parties.
Support the team with basic administrative tasks and errands.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
Distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing correspondence.
Answer and direct calls or messages when required.
Perform other general office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
Ability to communicate in English (basic spoken and written).
