Description

Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring no calls are missed, especially those related to VIP management and shareholders.

Perform various administrative tasks to support workplace operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning.

Handle visa-related tasks for non-management employees through the Barq System, including visa renewals and cancellations.

Create and manage Invoice Goods Received Notes (GRNs), ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.

DHL and Typing Center Invoice check and validation.
