Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. As the face of our organization, the Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Manage the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate person.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist in coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Receive and sort mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate departments.
Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and other administrative tasks.
Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Provide support to other departments as needed, including helping with event coordination or other special projects.
Ensure compliance with security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
