We are hiring a Room Service Order Taker
Coordinate all service requirements addressed to the Room Service department, primarily responsible for guest orders from the room or pool area via phone, mobile apps, TV, or other ordering devices.
Provide detailed information on menu items and specials, including beer and wine options.
Ensure accurate and efficient communication with guests to fulfill their orders, including taking orders, confirming details, and addressing any concerns or questions.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
