Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Instrumentation Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales in the field. You will identify and secure new business opportunities across industries such as Water, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Building Materials, Cement, Marine, Pharmaceuticals, Food and Beverages, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the wastewater treatment, infrastructure, and industrial sectors in Bahrain.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Automation, Electrical, and IIoT technologies, including their application in wastewater treatment plants and infrastructure projects.
• Solution Selling: Present and sell Automation and IIoT solutions to potential customers, tailoring proposals to meet their specific needs and requirements.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and support.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and operations, to ensure successful project execution.

Skills Required:

• Experience working with MEP contractors, system integrators, switchgear, or within the wastewater treatment or infrastructure sectors.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Bahrain.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Automation or IIoT industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation) or a related field.
