We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with experience in retail solutions and shelving to join
our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients,
and providing tailored shelving and store fixture solutions to retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the retail sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand client needs and propose customized shelving and display solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, logistics, and operations) to ensure seamless
project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in retail solutions, shelving, or store fixtures.
• Strong network in the retail industry (supermarkets, department stores, convenience
stores, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• A results-driven, customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preffered Qualification:

Experience working with supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail stores, and warehouses.
• Technical knowledge of different shelving types (e.g., gondola shelving, wall-mounted
units, heavy-duty storage racks).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
