RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support
Scheduling: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for executives or managers.
Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and responding or redirecting them as appropriate.
Document Preparation: Drafting, proofreading, and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
Office Management
Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing filing systems, including both physical and electronic records.
Supplies: Managing office supplies inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that the office is well-stocked.
