Description
Lead a team of developers working on Blazor and Oracle PL/SQL projects.
Guide the team in following best practices for C#, .NET Core, and Oracle database development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
Provide technical leadership and make decisions.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
Strong expertise in Blazor (Server and WebAssembly) and C#/.NET Core.
Extensive experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL development.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
