We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the smartphone trading sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the smartphone market. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth through effective customer relationship management and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and maximize revenue.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

- Stay updated on the latest smartphone models, features, and industry developments.
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Develop and negotiate contracts with new clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management in the smartphone industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
