Description
Inventory Management:
Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels to ensure that stock is available to meet customer demand without overstocking.
Ordering Supplies: Place orders for new stock based on inventory levels and sales forecasts.
Receiving Goods: Check and receive deliveries, ensuring that the goods match the purchase orders in terms of quantity and quality.
Storage Organization:
Proper Storage: Ensure that goods are stored properly to prevent damage or spoilage. This includes organizing stock in a logical and accessible manner.
Shelving and Layout: Maintain an organized layout of shelves and storage areas to maximize space and facilitate efficient picking and packing.
Inventory Audits:
Stock Counts: Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile with recorded inventory levels to identify discrepancies.
