The DM Approved Structural Design Engineer is responsible for designing, analyzing, and certifying structures in compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and codes. They develop detailed structural plans, perform safety and stability assessments, and ensure that all designs meet local building standards. The role involves collaboration with architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies, providing technical guidance and overseeing project approvals. A strong understanding of DM regulations, along with technical and problem-solving skills, is essential.
