Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our products or services and persuading them to make a purchase.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through consistent follow-up and communication.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and promotions, ensuring customers are fully informed.
Handle customer objections and queries professionally, overcoming challenges to close the sale.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching new customers and expanding market share.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Strong sales acumen and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are an advantage.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
